I created a boot hard drive that is able to clean viruses and malware off of the computer, buy isolating the viruses/malware buy booting up into my utility hard drive and not using the infected windows operating system itself. Because it is not a guarantee that the malware /viruses would be gone and not just hiding in another system files or folder waiting to strike again. Instead of installing Malwarebytes onto the infected machine and then scanning. I created a Malwarebytes boot cd and installed it on my boot hard drive and I was able to do a scan of the infected computer with Malwarebytes and removed the viruses/malware off of the machine. Now the report stated that it was four viruses/malware on the machine. But after using my Malwarebytes boot hard-drive I found 10 more malware/viruses on the infected machine. I was able to removed them without any issues and once I turned off the computer the viruses/malware trapped inside the quarantine folder located on my hard drive is automatically destroyed. I also have a ESET bootable .iso and other viruses/malware removal tools installed on my bootable hard-drive.
With my bootable hard drive I’m able to install any windows desktop or Server OSes onto just about any server or desktop computers located in HCC. It can reimaged machines and create images of computers and saved them onto the same hard drive or I’m able to used the IPXE configuration file I created to boot any computer located on campus into the PXE server including the old apple computers we have located on campus. It used UEFI or BIOS booting. I also created a way to keep the hard-drive locked and secured from unauthorized users. It an two step process to used the hard drive when secured mode is enabled. But I created a new hard drive setup that has and keypad on it and all you have to do it enter the pin number to opened it and used it. Right now it is in the testing phase and I will right another report deal tailing if it was a success or not and talked about my findings.
This hard drive I’ve created can do a lot more and I have to write a part two to this report and go into deeper details of the harddrive’s full power.
