Why is personal selling so effective in communicating to all types of customers? Can you think of a time when a salesperson was particularly helpful in helping you make a purchase decision? In 100-200 words, explain what it was that they did that was so effective?

 

Related to advertising, think of an ad that was particularly compelling to you, that really got you interested in a particular product or company.
