1970’s Rock influences
The 1970s saw a growing influence on rock from other seemingly unrelated genres of music such as jazz, classical and Latin styles (in the case of Santana) Bands including Deep Purple, The Who, Emerson Lake Palmers and even the Jazz trumpeter Miles Davis with his album Bitches Brew where part of this movement.
